"This is one of my husband's most favorite main dishes. It is fall-off-the-bone tender and is easy to prepare and as delicious as it looks. Especially good served over steamed rice."

"I just made these chops. My husband and I loved them. We substituted spicy ketchup for regular and they were awesome. A definite 'make again'!I had cut down the portion size to 2 and they were ready in 1 hour and 20 minutes."

"I read several reviews of the this recipe that said the flavor was not what they expected and the sauce was runny. I simply substituted BBQ sauce for the ketchup. That help very much with the flavor and took care of the "runny sauce" complaint. Sometimes you have to add your own twist to a recipe to get it to your liking."
"This recipe covered 8 pork chops...It was so good! The flavor was excellent, and the meat was so tender! I had two whole ones myself, and everyone agreed that it was very good. It was in the oven for about an hour and 45 minutes. With the extra sauce, I added some corn starch to thicken it up and served it as a gravy for those who wanted it. Anyways, this was a great way to have pork chops (so simple too!) We will be having this again! Thanks for sharing!"

"Yummy! After reading other reviews, tweaked the recipe a bit. Added garlic powder, cinnamon, worchestershire sauce, tabasco, and liquid smoke in marginal amounts. Increased liquids in sauce to almost double (we like sauce!). Also finely sliced 1 apple and 1 medium onion, placed on top of chops, then added sauce over all before baking. I used a 9x13 baking dish for 4 chops - this is also part of the reason for increasing the sauce, didn't want the chops to dry out. Will make again for sure! Thanks!"

"I kept to the original recipe and did notice the sauce was a little watery after 1 1/2 hour, I raised the heat to 375* to speed up the cooking time. Added sliced raw onions before baking, little cinnamon, hot sauce, worcestershire and tab bit more brown sugar. After cooking for 1 1/2 hour, removed pork chops from sauce and added thickening flour and lemon juice to the sauce. Cranked up the stove to 425* to boil and thicken. Turned out great!"
