"This soup is so delicious. I followed everything to a T and then I cooked 2 chicken breast in my pressure cooker then shredded it and added to the soup! Thank you for posting this delicious recipe!"
"I added in two thinly sliced corn toritillos to the broth. They break down in the soup and lend a great flavor. I don't use the crushed chip when eating it. Great recipe!"
"this was really really good. I only used on tbsp of flour and it was perfect. thanks so much for posting."
"Decided to give WW another try and as I love so many of their soup recipes - decided to give this one a try... and we LOVED it!!! First time using fresh cilantro - and LOVED it!!! And salsa in the soup... LOVED it!! Didn't add any flour or sour cream - LOVED it as is! Thanks Janet! :)"
"This is so good! Filling and very flavorful. Next time I may add red beans or black beans for a protien boost."
"Very good tasting soup! I added diced chicken breast but left out the sour cream. I added some red pepper flakes and a few diced jalapenos because we like spicy foods."
"Very tasty. I added the juice of half a lime and doubled the spices for some extra zip. I'll be making this again."
"This is delicious. I put 1/2 the soup in a blender and pureed it with 1 tbsp of flour and this helped thicken it. Then I also added 4 oz of shredded cooked chicken. Yum."
"Fantastic soup! I find the best way of sticking to a diet like WW is to fill up on lovely homemade soups and this is brilliant with all the punchy flavours, you don't miss the fat! Thank you!"
"very good. I followed the recipe but used fire roasted tomatoes. Very excellent! Thank you for sharing."
"Just made this. It's as good as any I've had in a restaurant and for 0 points, It will be my new staple. I did leave out the flour (I like it thin) and don't see the purpose of the sour cream, it's such a small amount not sure if that was an essential ingredient. Will be making this often!"
"This is a really excellent soup! I decided on the spur of the moment to make this and since I had no cilantro on hand, I threw in some chopped parsley, and added chives in place of the green onion. My can of tomatoes was 14.5 oz.
I didn't use the flour but did add a small dollop of regular sour cream to my bowl of soup but it curdled so I probably won't use that again. Next time I'll add some tortilla strips even though this is a very good soup without them."
"i just now made this, stumbled on the recipe and saw that i had all the ingredients, some of which i had in the fridge that i needed to use up quickly. this is very tasty and i think i Will add Black beans to make it more substantial. if i had chicken i would have added that. good recipe."
"This was a wonderful soup. My family raved about it."
"I made this for me and my husband. It really is delicious. I added a little brown rice and it was so good. I will def make this again and to be honest, it didn't even really need the rice, it was so filling. Next time I may try some black beans or kidney beans for protein. Easy and quick to make too!"
"Great tasting soup...and low cal bonus for sure....I also added extra heat and left out the flour...have not tried it with a bit of sour cream but I bet the heat with the coolness will be a double bonus...thanks Janet...loved it..."
"We enjoyed this soup recipe even though I didn't add any of the flour to thicken the soup. I did thicken it naturally with some barley, legumes and leftover chicken. I have been asked to make this again. Thank you Janet for this posting."
"Delish and 0 points! I simmered the celery and pepper (use 1 red; personal preference) with the onion to get them soft and added the garlic toward the end. Next time I'll use petite diced tomatoes. Thanks Janet W!"
