"We really enjoy this dish. It's easy to make and tastes great. I have made it with boneless chicken (baking for 35-40 minutes) and with bone-in chicken -- it's great both ways. The recipe comes from TOH Chicken Cookbook."
Serving Size: 1 (149 g)
Servings Per Recipe: 12
"Loved it! The chicken had alot of flavor and turned out tender and moist. I did cut the recipe down to four servings because my family is small and I only used four breasts. I pounded the chicken a little so it would all cook evenly and it only took about 30 minutes instead of an hour. I'd definately make this again. Thank's for sharing!"
"AWESOME! Have made this several times. Followed the recipe exactly except I used chicken thighs. The best baked chicken"
"This was absolutely delicious!!! I followed the recipe exactly except that I used sour cream & chive instant mashed potoes. The only thing I am going to do differently next time is use garlic powder instead of the salt. It was a little salty to me but my husband thought it was perfect. It was so moist and the coating was amazing!! My husband ouldn't stop saying how good it was!! Thanks for this wonderful recipe!!"
"My family just loved this chicken. I also drizzled the left over butter over the top. The flavors went with the chicken perfectly. Thank you"
"This is a very good chicken recipe. I have made it twice so far for my family. I drissled the left over melted butter over the chicken before putting it in the oven. It comes out crispier this way. I also added 3/4 tsp of Lawry's Seasoning Salt. Just because I like it in almost all of the recipes I make. My son who is a very fussy "meat eater" loves this chicken. I will be making this often. Thanks much."
"Tasty, moist chicken that is also kid-friendly! I used 4 chicken breasts with bones and skin and still had extra breading. Thanks for sharing your recipe!"
"I made this for dinner last night and the kids said it was awesome! The littlest one even ate 3 legs, and still wanted more!! Very simple and it turned out great. I used 4 large chicken leg quarters, split (3.5 lbs) and only used 1/2 cup of butter. I drizzled what was left over the top of the chicken, before baking. I also had twice as much breading as what I used so think next time, I will half those ingredients. Thanks for a terrific recipe. I will make this one again!"
