"This was really good. I cut up my chicken beforehand so that it would soak up all the flavors and be easier to eat. I also added some cut up asparagus, and loved it that way. I served it over orzo, instead of rice. It was delicious! I made this for Comfort Cafe!"
"This was a great recipe! We really liked it. I used red, yellow and green bell peppers and threw in some roasted chilies I had in the fridge! I use Tamari so I used that and also rice wine...I followed the recipe and found it to be very good. I am going to try the salmon in the future too, cuz I am always looking for salmon recipes and this should work nicely! We enjoyed our meal! Thank you, Jelly I made this for Comfort Cafe too it was the recipe of the day! :)"
"This made a really nice sauce which I used with salmon instead of chicken. Very flavorful! Thank you!"
"I used sherry, added more veggies just for health! Using 1 1/2 red bell peppers, 1 bunch of scallions, and 3 cloves of garlic. My oil of choice was smart balance using as little as I can get by with. Step #11 is a little off.I suateed the veggies for 2 minutes then added the liquid and reduced to half. Added a slurry of cornstarch and water to thicken the sauce which gave the sauce a nice glossy coating. Added the chicken back to heat and coat. Served over rice. Thanks! I made for Comfort Cafe http://www.recipezaar.com/bb/viewtopic.zsp?t=288536&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0"
"I used salmon filets in place of the chicken. AWESOME. I cooked the salmon for maybe 2 minutes on each side removed from pan , followed the recipe then added the salmon and cooked in the sauce for maybe another 5 minutes. I also used cooking sherry instead of the rice wine. This is a definite keeper and can't wait to try it with chicken. Made for Comfort Cafe Tag game ( recipe of the day)"
