"This is a great comfort food. I do not like to cook with canned soups and prefer my stroganoff with no tomato sauce or ketsup. We joke about cup-a-cup-a-cup like in Steel magnolias, because all the measurements are in cups. Perfect for a quick week night meal or for company"

"This is super tasty! I added about 1-2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce to it. YUM! Also, I mixed the noodles in with the sauce before serving, and topped with a little parmesan. My kids all had seconds!"

"Very easy to make and filling. I'm on Weight Watchers, so I used ground sirloin, fat free sour cream, fat free half and half, and whole wheat noodles. I also mixed it all together at the end instead of serving it over the egg noodles. Made enough for dinner and a few lunches."
"This was a nice quick family dinner. Much quicker than my usual stroganoff recipe, and not as rich. I used a can of beef broth instead of bullion (more flavor less salt....I rarely use bouillion). Because I used a can, I knew that there would be extra liquid, so I mixed 2 TBS of flour with the broth before I added it. This allowed me to omit the heavy cream (still watching those fats!) I also added a splash of wine.....just because stroganoff MUST have a splash of wine!"
