"we like to cut these into dog bone shapes...our dog goes wild over these.."

"The cat got to these treats before the dogs, and she loved them! I ended up making 3 batches, as the dogs adored them too. Instead of using plain hot water, I dissolved a beef bullion cube in the water. The batter was a cookie dough consistency, so I didn't bother try rolling it out, I just made balls and dropped them directly on the cookie sheet. Nice recipe. Will be making more!"
"My dog loves these, and he's the type of dog that only eats certain colors out of his kibbles."
"Wow! My dogs--all nine of them--went nuts over these! My boxer liked them so much that when we left some in a Tupperware container on the counter...he helped himself. Chewed right through the container and ate all the evidence! We will make these forever, but keep them in a safer place--away from the boxer! You gotta try these dog cookies!"
"Our little one is quite the picky eater, but he loves these. I gave some to my mother-in-law's puppies and they enjoyed them so much that the litlle girl wanted to take the boy's from him. Lol. I followed the recipe as is. Turned out great. I'll make these for them all again! Thanks for posting."
"My Lab went wild over these, too! Left out the garlic powder, though. I just rolled the dough out into very big logs. Rockie definitely had a good time with 'em! Definitely a keeper!"
"I made this for my dog, and three other households with dogs. I added approximately 2 teaspoons of beef granules as one of the other ratings suggested. My dog counter-surfed to try and help herself to some, she loves them! I tried a bite and it really wasn't bad! It was easy to put together and didn't call for anything you probably don't keep on hand already."
