"This was pretty good for just opening a can of soup. I used Italian Herbs rather than oregano and my daughter claimed it was "hot". I didn't think so. Nonetheless, next time I will stick to the oregano suggested. Added mushrooms and olives."
"Yummy! A bit of work but sooo worth it! My kids loved it!"
"Wow, my husband loved this! I needed a soup to go with his hoagie sandwich tonight & this was fast, easy & so delicious. I used Campbell's low fat, low sodium tomato soup with turkey pepperoni & about 1/8 tsp oregano & basil. I cut up a low fat slice of mozzarella instead of shredded, which created a great, creamy texture! I also mixed all the ingredients in a saucepan & simmered it as most everyone else did. I had skim evaporated milk to use in the fridge so I used that in place of regular milk; worked great! Thanks so much for sharing!"
"Excellent and easy! To add fun to it, I let the kids crunch up a few Doritos on top of it and left out the pepperoni. Also used Cheddar instead of Mozzarella and they called it Taco Soup! Thanks for the recipe Marg!"
"My Kidlets are picky with the "spicy" pizza toppings, so we cut out the pep. and doubled the cheese, also added Greek seasoning and dehydrated onions while the soup simmered. Served with warm croissants, kidlets approved!"
"This was pretty good. I had this with garlic bread and Caesar salad. Easy to make and my husband enjoyed it as well."
"This was great!! I diced the pepperoni and added it with the oregano as the soup was heating. the girls I cook for raved about it. Also my DH made it for the guys he cooks for and they loved it, eating all 3 gallons of it!! The mozzarella we had on the side for those who wanted it."
"Wonderful way to dress up tomato soup. I added a little garlic pepper & "pizza seasoning", also. A great meal alongside Garlic-Crusted Sourdough With Cheddar . Thanks!"
"Great recipe. I added the oregano while the soup was still in the pot along with salt and pepper to taste. It came out great, especially with some garlic bread on the side. "
"We had this for lunch on the weekend. I used Campbells tomato-with-basil-and-oregano soup, a little more than one soup can of milk, and about 4 inches of a stick of pepperoni. It was very good. I didn't add any extra seasoning, since the soup already had it, and I heated the pepperoni in the pot instead of putting it in the bowls. I served it with garlic mozza muffins, recipe #138221. Both of my children loved it, and I will definitely serve it again. Thank you, Marg."
