"I have never been to Jamaica to try those wonderful spicy foods, so had no idea just what I was needing to make them at home. Now that I have made up this spicy blend you won't be finding Jamaican Jerk Seasoning in my grocery cart. Tried this on chops. They were absolutely delicious, the next sunny weekend will be doing that roast! I followed the recipe as printed and won't be changing a thing!
