"Yummy apple muffins I usually make for breakfast but are also a great snack. This recipe is modified from one found in the Mendocino Mornings cookbook from the Joshua Grindle Inn in Mendocino, Ca. You can use any type of apple, or even pears. And of course, you can use sugar instead of the sugar substitute I use."
