"A good recipe to have for when you can't get to the store."

Ingredients

    • 500 g flour
    • 2 teaspoons icing sugar ( powdered sugar)
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 2 teaspoons baking soda
    • 4 teaspoons cream of tartar

Directions

  1. Sift all ingredients together and use as required.
  2. All amounts can be doubled for a larger amount.
