"Great, easy recipe. I always serve on rolls, to make "hoagies" or sandwiches. I've made this several times, and everyone who has had it loves it, including my kids, although I leave most of the peppers and onions out of their sandwiches. This recipe is a staple for us now for regular dinners at home, and for making large quantities for a party or potluck. My husband and I prefer the hot sausages, and the kids the sweet. This is also good, maybe even better, re-heated."
