"This was a very good recipe, I found that the seasoning on fish came off in egg wash so I put the sesonings in bread crumb mixture. I made a salad to go with. I will definately be making this again, and since I am a full time student and I take night classes this is a perfect quick meal. Thank you for posting."
"The catfish nuggets were delicious. I like the fact that it does not use alot oil. My family just loved it. I will surely make them again. I am also going to pass it on to my friends. Thanks for posting this recipe."
"Great Dish. I was not able to find bread crumbs at my local super walmart. So I used crunched up saltines crackers. Still came out like the picture. My girlfiend enjoied this dish also. Thank alot!!"
"Made for Spring PAC 2014 and this is definately a winner! I did cut the recipe in half for DH and I. I did season the fish some and put seasoning in breadcrumbs/panko crumb crumb mixture. Served with a mixed green salad and definately a keeper. Thank you for posting."
"This is an excellent way to fix catfish! We loved it. The flavor was great and easy to prepare. I had 2 lbs of fillets so I doubled the recipe and I followed another reviewer in putting the garlic pepper in with the other seasonings. I cut the fillets into 4 pieces to make nuggets. This is definitely a "doer again". Thanks for sharing. Carole in Orlando"
"Easy to follow recipe. I used crushed Ritz crackers, and substituted listed herbs with: Italian seasonings, ground sage leaf, lemon pepper, Greek seasonings and sea salt. Suggest to not use a stone cookie sheet; they won't get crispy. I served these catfish nuggets with steamed broccoli and baked beans....Mmmm! Thanks."
"Top notch recipe. If you are craving deep fried food but want to healthier alternative, it is perfect. I increased my bake time by a couple minutes. Served with steamed broccoli and baked potatoes."
"This was really quick and easy to put together. The kids and I really enjoyed it! I flipped mine halfway through the cooking time and it got them nice and golden brown on each side."
"Made this last night and DH and I loved it1 I loved all the herbs were put together and made a great coating for the fish! I omitted the oregano leaves simply because I didn't have any and I was too lazy to run to the market but it still turned out yummy! Thanks for a delicious and healthy recipe."
"Great recipe! Fantastic flavor and very low fat!!! I like catfish blackened or fried, and was hesitant about this recipe, especially since I'm also the only one in the family who eats fish. However, this was a big hit with everyone. My supremely picky 5 year-old came back a couple of hours after dinner and asked me to heat him up some leftovers. This NEVER happens. Only change I made was to skip the garlic pepper and add some salt, pepper and garlic powder to the crumb mixture. Used homemade plain breadcrumbs and dried spices. The herbs are such a nice change from traditional breaded and fried catfish. I'd suggest cooking until the breading is nice and crispy, which took a few more minutes for me. Thanks, Pepper#2, for a lovely dinner!"
"Very good, crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked inside. Loved the seasonings, just added some left over chives. We will make these again, thanks for sharing!"
