"I have made this in summertime with fresh peaches and it is wonderful. I KNOW it will be just as good with the lovely strawberry!"

"I made Happy Harrys wraps and this sauce truly made it. I love the sweetness with that tough of hot. Thank you for a great recipe."
"This saved my otherwise ruined grilled burnt chicken. I made this at the recommendation of Toni Gifford and am so glad I did. The taste is incrediable. I can't describe it any better than Rita did. I was only able to let mine sit for about 2 hours, but I'll serve it again today with something and see if it makes any difference. Great recipe Harry."
"Had to blink when I saw this recipe...two common ingredients I would have never considered putting together. Despite the simplicity, the flavors are complex and delight the tastebuds. I let my sauce set up for 48 hours and Rita's description was spot on -- you get this sweet flavor then just a bit of heat as its going down. We had ours with grilled chicken and it really made the meal. Next time, I would eat this a bit sooner so the berries would a touch less soft. I can also envision some nice variations of combinging peaches and strawberries or even throwing in a tablespoon of grated sweet onion. Thanks Harry!"
"I made this because I wanted to try Rita L's Rita's Happy Harry's Wraps (Recipe #124261). When I saw the combination of strawberries + chili sauce, I was a little worried, but the heat & the fruitiness turned out to work well together. (I used Kikkoman's Thai-Style Chili Sauce. Thanks, Harry, for posting a wonderful new type of chili sauce and thanks, Rita, for honoring it with a truly original wrap."
"This was Great! I used an Sweet Asian Chili Sauce. I heated in the micro and served with grilled Pork loin. The flavors are great! First you get hit with a sweetness and when you are done savoring it you`re hit with the heat of the pepper sauce(which I did add extra). A good Thing! Well Harry you did it again! Thanks!"
