"This quick and easy microwave hollandaise sauce is absolutely wonderful served drizzled over Eggs Benedict Casserole Eggs Benedict Casserole (I suggest making double the amount of sauce for the Eggs Benedict Casserole, as it's so yummy!), over asparagus spears or your favorite vegetables, or with seafood etc. Delicious! A delightfully easy microwave recipe that I am so happy to have discovered--from the newspaper."

"I love this version of hollandaise sauce! It is quick, easy to make, and very tasty. The Dijon mustard gives it a nice kick. I have made this several times and it has become a family favourite over white asparagus and boiled potatoes (German family). I made this today and I cooked it a bit longer than I should have in the microwave, so the sauce curdled a bit. To save it, I pureed it with a hand mixer and then continued nuking it till it thickened up. I always use this method when I accidently curdle a sauce and so far it has worked like a charm. Hopefully this helps other cooks. One last note, I also added a bit of dill and seasoned with salt and pepper. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe! This is going into my Keeper File."
"Fast, easy & delicious! I used 1% milk (it's all I had) and it still turned out great! I will never buy a mix again :) Thanks for posting this."
"I loved the ease of this recipe. I've definitely had a few mishaps with hollandaise in the past, and this was very simple and straightforward. I did feel it needed a bit more lemon juice and some seasoning, but enjoyed it on eggs benedict yesterday, and will be enjoying it again tonight on brussel sprouts and cauliflower. Thanks for a keeper!"
"Quick, easy, and good. What more could you ask for. Thanks for posting."
"Very Nice ... I love traditional Hollandaise, however, this was tasty, quick and easy and I completely enjoyed it. A great alternative. Definitely in my recipes. I made it with your casserole and thought it was excellent. I followed exact instructions, but next time, I may do 1/4 half and half and 1/4 heavy cream, just to thin it out a bit. But either way it was great. I think the consistency would vary depending on what I serve it with. Perfect!"
"Delicious, very rich. I made the Eggs Benedict Casserole, and we liked it as much as a classic eggs benedict without the hassle of making 12 individual ones for my holiday brunch. It is not for anyone on a diet, though. The butter in this sauce caused it to solidify when it cooled in my fridge...but it still tasted good the next day :)"
"This is the easiest recipe for hollandaise sauce I have ever made. And it tastes just as good as any resteraunt sauce I have ever had. thank you for this delicious recipe."
"This is great! The only thing I did different was not use the microwave and I put it all in the blender at the end. Came out great. My Wife said it is the best Hollandaise sauce she has ever had."
"I was looking for an easy "mock hollandaise sauce" recipe and found this one. It was excellent. I even used light butter and 2% milk and it was quite tasty even if a little bit thin in texture. I also added a little salt, black pepper and cayenne. One bowl. Ten minutes max. I plan to put this one in my permanent file. Thanks for sharing."
"Very quick and simple. I had eggs benedict in less than 5 minutes. A little too lemony for my liking but I will just cut that back just a pinch next time. I could see how this can make a lot. I halved the recipe and still have a bunch."
"Thank you thank you thank you!!! This is the easiest and best hollandaise sauce I have ever tried. It's practically fool proof."
We did a risky thing, and made this on Christmas morning for the very first time and... gasp... it worked perfectly. Our only changes were to add some garlic salt and a wee bit more lemon, just to add to the general awesomeness.
I want to try it again with 2% and see what happens. If I do that, I'll report back. In the meantime, though, yum. Perfect hollandaise with virtually no effort."
"Very easy to make and has good flavor. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars - I nuked it the full 2 minutes (stirring every 20 seconds) and it still didn't thicken up as much as we would have liked. The only way I differed from the recipe was the fact my butter was unsalted. We used this to top your Eggs Benedict Casserole."
"Exactly what I was looking for. Only used 1%. Whole wheat bagel, poached eggs, slice of tomato, this hollandaise sauce and salsa... perfection"
"This was awesome over ham and eggs. So easy and quick. Lovely tang from the lemon juice and kick from the Dijon. I added a pinch of cayenne for some heat. Yum."
"This is a great find! The sauce is perfect and SO easy to make. I tried it because it's reheatable, but there was none left to reheat. I'll never make it the conventional way again."
"Made this during a recent vacation to go over the Eggs Benedict casserole. I didn't change anything - we ate every bite. Was very easy, and reheated well."
"It is an easy and great tasting hollandaise sauce. Now I could have my eggs Benedict in the morning without the whole fuss that is usually required to make hollandaise sauce. It is also reheatable, which makes it even better!!"
"I liked the cooking method of this, and it was easy. We liked it. Thanks!"
