"Fabulous! Included this in my Christmas trays/baskets and it was voted new favorite of the year! I crushed my candies pretty fine and then sifted out the dust to sprinkle on top which gave it a great glittery look that was very pretty."
"Perfect! Easy to make and very yummy! I chopped the lemon heads in the food processor, and had the whole batch done in less than 10 minutes. Hubby loved it. Thanks for a great recipe."
"i love anything lemon. i use a high quality white chocolate as it's very fussy to cook with. i find trader joes white chocolate chips work great. this is so yuumy. especially when the weather warms up. it's refreshing and sweet/tart."
"Great find! Nice way to mix up the goodie bag. Thanks for sharing the recipe!"
"Totally awesome candy!! I made this and I love to eat a piece on a hot day as it is so refreshing!!! It will keep in the refrigerator for up to a year.....Very easy to make...Thanks for sharing this.."
"This is easy and delicious and a wonderful non-chocolate addition to a goody tray. I made this at Christmas, but it'd be delicious any time."
"Excellent! I grated the lemon drops in my blender and it turned out perfect. I will make this again and might add a dash of lemon extract to it to intensify the lemon flavor."
"Such a great idea; a local chef featured this on the news @ noon, and I came right here for the recipe! Made for hubby to give away, and couldn't stop eating it! Thanks for posting riffraff!"
"I was hoping I could give this a higher rating, because DH loves white chocolate. He said he liked it, but it was much too rich. I think it needs more lemon pieces to balance the richness of the white chocolate. I'll make it again and be sure to add more pieces, because the idea behind this candy is excellent."
"this was a big hit. I used Ghiradelli white chocolate from Trader Joe's and Lemonheads candies. Two of my neighbors asked for the recipe!"
"Everyone just loved this! So good and so easy to make. Perfect blend of sweet and sour-a must try!"
"VERY GOOD, VERY FAST AND EVERYONE I GAVE A BATCH OF IT TO LOVED IT. I also made a batch with crushed orange hard candies and it was also great. Excellent recipe for the holidays and perfect for gift giving!!!"
"This came out great. Be careful not to overheat the chocolate. Heat on high for about 40 seconds, stir. Do another 30 seconds and stir again. It should be about right. Thanks for sharing."
"This is an excellent chocolate candy to hand out during the christmas season. The sweetness of the chocolate and the sourness of the lemon drops makes an explosion in your mouth. Very good. Thanks"
"Now here is something special! What an easy, lovely and refreshingly new tidbit for my traditional Christmas trays. If you are looking at this recipe and don't make it, you will miss a real treat. Sprinkle a bit of yellow decorator sugar on top for extra glam. Love it! THANKS, riffraff!!! ~Messy44"
"This was truly outstanding and easy. Very refreshing to eat and a nice, different gift for the holidays. Thank you for sharing!"
"Quick and easy to put together with wonderful results! Not a fan of Lemon flavored candies but, I sure did eat enough of this! Very, very good addition to my holiday trays! Thank you for sharing!"
"I have been wanting to try this since it was posted, but I could never find lemon drops. I couldn't even find them in time to include them on my Christmas trays, but I was determined to try this! In turns out that two people gave us assorted candies for Christmas that included some lemon flavored, so I picked them all out and made this tonight. Awesome, just as I expected! Thanks for posting!"
"Fun little recipe that looks pretty & tastes good! Made exactly as written & the result was excellent. May try this with melted Hershey's white chocolate peppermint kisses & crunched up candy canes. Thanks for posting!"
"I am not a huge fan of white chocolate, but my husband liked these, and better yet they will look very pretty on our christmas goody tray."
