"I really enjoyed this recipe! The flavors are very nice together. I made it as stated but added some goat cheese because I had it on hand and needed to use it up. Delicious, thanks for sharing!"
"Fantastic variation for chicken. A++"
"Enjoyed this very much AND it was quite easy to make! Slight modifications: 1. Bought sundried tomato pesto sauce with whole pine nuts 2. My chicken breasts were not thick, so I just put the pesto & basil on one end of the breast, folded the breast in half to make a pocket, and secured it with toothpicks. 3. Didn't have chicken stock, so I used instant chicken bullion with water. Other than that, followed instructions as written and it turned out fantastic! Thank you!"
"Surprisingly easy for how delicious it tastes and impressive it looks! I added a little fresh grated Parmesan to the stuffing."
"Wow!! Absolutely delicious! I substituted pesto for the combination of garlic, pine nuts, and basil because I couldn't get any fresh basil. It was still wonderful. As soon as my garden starts giving up some basil, I'll be trying this one straight. Thanks for the great dinner."
"Great recipe!! Easy and delicious! Try to make the pocket as deep and long as possible so you get the stuffing in every bite. I sauteed some mushrooms and served them on top of the chicken as well. Deeelishious! I served this with black wild rice and broccoli. Everyone loved this and I will definitely make again."
"DH, myself, and my aunt had this chicken dish for dinner the other night. The three of us all thought it was delicious! My aunt, who does not like tomatoes, asked what the delicious stuffing was composed of, and was surprised to learn what she was enjoying so much was the sweet taste of the sundried tomatoes. The stuffing in the chicken is really good and I loved the tang of the balsamic drizzled all over the top. We will definitely make this dish again. Thanks, Rita!"
"I wanted to make something different with chicken and had basil, sundried tomatoes and pine nuts. I went out and bought Greek Feta Cheese (at the suggestion of other reviewers) in anticipation of this recipe. I also followed another reviewers suggestion and rolled the chicken in flour before putting in the pan. Thank you for posting this gourmet, but easy to make chicken recipe. We loved it and suggest it to others!"
"I knew I bought pine nuts months ago for a reason . This was really very good lots of flavour and easy to do. Thank you for posting this. Made for ZWT4 for the Chic Chefs."
"*Reviewed during ZWT4* We really enjoyed this chicken. It was simple chicken with great flavours. Photo also to be posted"
"Fantastic, delicious, divine, perfect- um, yes... we LOVED this chicken! I followed the suggestion of HeathersArk and added feta to the stuffing. Sublime. The only other change is really more of an addition- I sprinkled some extra toasted pine nuts on top of that fabulous sauce. What an awesome recipe- thanks, Sylvie!!!!"
"Try adding a bit of feta or goat cheese to stuffing mixture."
"This is absolutely delicious. The flavours blend really well, the chicken is nice and moist, and the pine nuts add a lovely texture. I loved this recipe. Thanks"
"Amazing chicken! Great flavor and the sauce was the perfect complement. Will definitely make this again. Thanks!"
