"This is the homemade version of the famous rolls you can buy at the mall. For best results, serve fresh out of the oven."

"Did you know I can make cinnamon rolls?! I never could, Now I can! Thank you Chef Heather! I took pics of every step after the easy to handle dough. I was just sure I would screw them up, somehow! I didnt, they were perfect! I wouldnt shame them with comparing them with the mall ones. These are better! I almost did the "butter" idea, Im glad I didnt, they were perfect w/o all the extra fat. I am trying Pecans with them tonight, Grandma used to do it that way is the only reason. I made them the night before, wrapped tight in plastic in fridge overnight, (See how juicy they were?) Had them rise in the AM for an hour, baked, PERFECTION!"
"I have been making this recipe for several years and it always comes out great ~ I have a pan of the rolls in the oven right now! I use the same recipe for the rolls but my filling and frosting is a little different. I mix 1/2 cup butter and the brown sugar and cinnamon and heat it in the microwave for a few seconds until it is spreadable. I add some real maple syrup to the frosting to get that *cinnabon* flavor. This is a very easy recipe to make and while it may not be exactly like cinnabons, it is very close. Thanks for posting!"
"the best ever and not too difficult...have tried a long time to make cinnamon buns...they were good but these are fabulous...hubby asks me to make these at least once a week...thank you Chef Heather xx"
"we all enjoyed, very good. I am not craving more so that's why its not 5 star. Very simple, we will make again."
"I thought these were great and so did all my coworkers. The only change I made was to split the dough in half so I could make more mini cinnamon rolls to share. I also had to decrease the cook time because of this."
"AWESOME!!!! I only make this recipe and have bookmarked it on my laptop so it is easy to find. Thanks Heather."
"OMW! These were the BEST cinnamon rolls EVER! So easy to make. We (hubby and I) ate the whole pan in 2 days. We ate ourselves sick. I am making them again today. LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE! Thanks Chef Heather for a fantastic recipe!"
"Amazing!!! My Husband said he wanted to marry me all over again when he tasted one of these little treats! It was the easiest dough to work with...Thanks a bunch!"
"Great recipe! These were easy and so good."
"We loved these! Will definately make again. Thank you for sharing."
"This is not only an easy recipe to make, it is the best cinnamon roll recipe ever! The second time I made it, I used no milk in the frosting, and it was a much better consistency for what we like. My husband now craves these rolls every weekend (and sometimes even during the week). This is one that I'm going to pass down to my kids!"
"Thanks Chef Heather for a great recipe. After rolling them out and slicing I put them in a greased pan and into the refrigerator over night. I took them out the next morning, let them rise until double in size and baked as instructed. They turned out great. Definately a keeper."
"These rolls were really good. I did have to open up the bread machine at the end because the dough was overflowing the pan(my machine has a 1.5 lb loaf capacity). The second rise of the rolls was very good and they baked up soft and moist. My kids said these were the best cinnamon rolls I had ever made. I also couldn't resist the urge to make these a tiny bit healthier and used 1 cup of whole wheat flour to 3 cups of bread flour. I don't think it hurt the taste at all. I rated only 4 stars because I found the icing just a bit too heavy on the cream cheese flavor. I will adjust the proportions of butter and cream cheese a bit if I make it again. Really deserves a 4.5."
"I have made these rolls for a year now starting last Xmas. They are now a Xmas tradition for us. They are the most wonderful homemade rolls ever. I add a little maple syrup to the frosting to give it a little more tang."
"Sublime! These cinnamon rolls were delicious and DH said they were the best he's ever had. The texture of the roll was soft and moist not dry like some handmade rolls. Thank you for sharing this terrific recipe!"
"The Best Cinnamon Rolls! The dough is very easy to work with and has a nice soft texture when baked. I brushed the rolled dough with only a few tablespoons of the milk and it came out just right."
"Easy to make, and absolutely delicious! The only problem was the first time I made the recipe I used the entire 1/4 cup of milk on the rolled dough and it was way too much. The milk seeped out and made a huge mess! The second time around I used a couple of tablespoons instead, much better!"
