"I first saw these at a bake sale and was so impressed. You bake a ball of dough in a mini-muffin tin, bake, and press a Reese's peanut butter cup into it after you take it out of oven. You are left with a picture-perfect tart, receiving "oohs and aahs" and "how did you do it?" You could even use the refrigerated sugar/peanut butter cookie dough too."

"This was a great addition to my cookie platter. It was incredibly easy and so darn good! I don't think you could go wrong with this one. I was a little surprised that I had to bake the cookies for the full 10 minutes, I often find that most things are done in my oven on the low end of the time line."
"I've been meaning to try this recipe for a long time but had it in my head that they would be too time- consuming & finicky - NOT SO! So, so easy & so delicious!! I made them to take to a housewarming party & they were gobbled up first! I didn't even bother rolling into balls - I just dropped by teaspoon into the muffin tins & they formed beautifully into tart shells. I also used the really mini Reese's pb cups that are already unwrapped so that saved time. I managed to get 4 dozen cookies out of this recipe & there were more than enough pb cups in one bag."
"This is a definite 10 star cookie for me! I did it exactly like it said and they turned out great. I added reeses pieces on the top and they looked professional! I also use the dough for plain ol' peanut butter cookies. The cookies turned out great and stayed soft for days (not that they were around for very long)."
"Made this cookie recipe for my Christmas Tray this year and will definitly make again. It is easy with a nice presentation with Christmas Mini Muffin Tins! Thanks for this recipe Roxygirl!"
"I cheated, used brownie mix. Baked in mini paper lined tins. My husband flipped~~~ he never likes anything chocolate but loved these. Will be making them again!!!!!!"
"These are shamefully easy. I used the "place and bake" refrigerated cookie dough. The pieces went straight from the package into the muffin tin--no rolling into balls or anything! And one package of dough exactly filled my 24 cup mini-muffin pan. I think it took longer for the oven to heat up than it did for anything else. This is a great recipe for those times when you need to make a LOT of cookies. They are extremely fast and easy!"
"absolutely the easiest impressive little tart in the world. Even my friends who don't like peanut butter love these. Also excellent with mini Rolos. Great recipe. Thanks"
"These are my absolute favorite cookies! I made them using pre-made peanut butter cookie dough. Plain peanut butter cookies will never be good enough now that I've had these!"
"These are perfect, I used "store bought" pb cookie dough and was done in minutes! They are simply delicious! Thanks for the great recipe- it's definately a keeper."
"These are great and add me to the list of cheaters who use a ready made cookie mix. (You just prepare the cookies according to the instructions on the box.) These froze very well for me over the holiday season as well."
"OMG, YUMM! For time sake, I used Betty Crocker Peanut Butter Cookie Mix and baked at 350 for 10 minutes. PERFECT!"
"These were melt in my mouth delicious!! So easy to make! My new favourite recipe !!"
"Easy to make and quick as well."
"This was really fun to make with kids. We even mixed it up with hershey kisses and rolos as well as the peanut butter cups, they were great! thanks for the recipe."
"Wow, what a fun cookie. DS needed two dozen cookies to take to his football practice and I chose your recipe. These didn't last long, they were the first cookie to be gone out of probably 20 different types. I love how easy they are to make and they are too cute. thank youf or sharing with us."
"yum..very tasty and easy to make."
"This recipe was super easy and the cookies came out tasting great, had some trouble getting them out of the pan without breaking, though, but I think that I might have cooked them too long. Will be making this again! :)"
"Delicious little bites. I made these for presents and they were the first to go. Thanks Roxy!"
"yum!!!these were delicious!!instead of a peanut butter cup, i put semisweet chocolate chips in the middle of each one...so good!"
