"Delicious roasted potato recipe. We doubled the marinade as we used more potatoes than the recipe suggested. Loved the balsamic vinegar and garlic and the combination of the potatoes. I used both sweet potatoes and fingerling potatoes for this dish. Made for Fall PAC, 2012."

"Great recipe, great flavours. I used a red potato, and ordinary potato and sweet potato, plus I only had lemon thyme growing so used it. I actually think the lemon thyme blended well with the other flavours. Actually only took about 40 mins in my little turbo oven to cook. Will make this again, it will be a favourite."
