Citrus Tarragon Chicken

Ingredients

    1. 1/2 cup lemon juice
    2. 1/2 cup orange juice
    3. 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    4. 2 tablespoons olive oil
    5. 1 teaspoon ground ginger
    6. 1 teaspoon tarragon leaf
    7. salt and pepper
    8. 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Directions

  1. Salt and pepper chicken to taste.
  2. Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pour mixtrue over chicken, cover and marinate in refrigerator 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Drain chicken and discard marinade.
  5. Grill (or broil) chicken until fully cooked.
  6. Preparation time does not include marinate time.
