Dilled Mushroom Soup

Ingredients

    1. 1 cup chopped onion
    2. 3 tablespoons butter
    3. 3/4 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
    4. 1/2 cup dry white wine
    5. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    6. 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
    7. 3 cups chicken bouillon
    8. salt
    9. 1/2 cup sour cream

Directions

  1. Sauté onion in a medium saucepan over medium heat 5 minutes until soft.
  2. Add the mushrooms through dill.
  3. Cover and simmer 15 minutes on medium-low heat.
  4. Add the bouillon and heat through.
  5. Season with salt to taste.
  6. Serve in soup cups each topped with 2 Tbs sour cream.
