Ingredients

    1. 5 cups canned pumpkin
    2. 8 eggs
    3. 2 cans evaporated milk
    4. 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
    5. 1/2 teaspoon salt
    6. 5 cups granulated sugar
    7. 2 large pie crusts
    8. whipped cream (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine the first 6 ingredients and beat until smooth.
  2. Divide between pie shells.
  3. Bake for 50 minutes or until a knife comes out clean when put into the pie.
  4. Garnish with whipped cream.
