Salsa Verde for Cilantro lovers

You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

    1. 8 small tomatillos
    2. 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
    3. 2 cloves garlic, chopped
    4. 1/2 large white onion
    5. 1 lime, juice of
    6. 4 serrano peppers ( or 2 jalepenos for less spicey version)

Directions

  1. Chop all ingredients by hand or in food processor.
  2. Food processor gives less chunky version, which is easiest to cook with.
  3. Squeeze in juice of lime and mix thoroughly.
  4. Use for cooking, to top your favorite dishes or for dip.
