Ingredients

    1. 1/2 cup catsup
    2. 1/2 teaspoon salt
    3. 6 tablespoons sugar
    4. 1 cup kikkoman soy sauce shoyu
    5. 1 piece ginger, crushed
    6. 2 tablespoons sherry wine
    7. 1 garlic clove, crushed

Directions

  1. Marinate one hour, do not marinade overnight (it will be overpowering).
  2. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
  3. Baste every 20 minutes.
