Chicken Balls

Ingredients

    1. 1 (5 ounce) cans chicken
    2. 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
    3. 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
    4. 1/8 teaspoon salt
    5. 1/2 cup flour
    6. 2 eggs

Directions

  1. Drain chicken; reserve liquid.
  2. Add water to chicken liquid to make 1/2 cup.
  3. In saucepan, combine liquid, butter, poultry seasoning and salt.
  4. Heat to boiling.
  5. Add flour; cook until mixture forms a ball.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Add eggs and beat well.
  8. Stir in chicken.
  9. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
  10. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
