Creamy Potato Casserole

You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

    1. 1 1/2-2 cups hot mashed potatoes, made with
    2. milk
    3. butter, and
    4. salt and pepper
    5. 1/2 cup sour cream
    6. 2 tablespoons milk or 2 tablespoons half-and-half
    7. 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
    8. durkee French fried onion rings ( use the whole can or to taste)
    9. 3/4-1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Set oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Butter a 1-qt baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, combine potatoes, sour cream, milk and garlic powder; mix well.
  4. Spoon half into a greased baking dish, then layer with half of onion rings and cheese.
  5. Repeat layers.
  6. Bake uncovered for 30-35 mins or until cheese is melted.
