Ingredients

    1. 3 tablespoons butter
    2. 1/2 lb mushroom, sliced
    3. 1/4 cup white wine
    4. 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
    5. 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
    6. 1 teaspoon instant beef bouillon

Directions

  1. Heat butter in lg skillet.
  2. Add mushrooms; saute until lightly browned.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Simmer for 4 minutes, stirring often.
