Ingredients

    1. 1 tablespoon red miso ( fermented soybean paste)
    2. 1 tablespoon white miso ( fermented soybean paste)
    3. 2 tablespoons dashi powder ( Bonito fish powder)
    4. 3 -4 cups water

Directions

  1. Mix dashi, miso paste and water in a soup pot.
  2. Bring to a boil, but do not boil!
  3. Adjust amount of water and other ingredients-- soup should be not be too thin Serve immediately.
