Cajun-Style Grilled Swordfish

Ingredients

    1. 4 (10 ounce) swordfish steaks
    2. 2 tablespoons peanut oil
    3. 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
    4. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    5. 1 teaspoon celery salt
    6. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    7. 1 teaspoonlemon, zest , grated
    8. 1 teaspoon onion powder
    9. 1 teaspoon paprika

Directions

  1. Prepare a medium-hot grill.
  2. Brush the steaks with the oil.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Coat the steaks evenly on all sides with the spice mixture.
  5. Grill each steak for 5 minutes on one side, then carefully turn and grill for 5 minutes more or until done.
