- Prepare rice according to package directions.
- Drain corn.
- Rinse and drain beans.
- Brown sausage and hamburger in a large pan. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain excess fat.
- Add cooked rice, drained corn and beans, taco season and water to the cooked meat.
- Simmer until sauce is thickened, and beans and corn are heated through. About 10-15 minutes.
