Ingredients

    1. 2 lbs pork loin roast
    2. 1 (12 ounce) cans root beer
    3. 16 ounces barbecue sauce

Directions

  1. Trim off excess fat, if desired.
  2. Place roast in slow cooker. Pour in can of root beer.
  3. Cook, covered, on LOW heat for 6 hours.
  4. Drain away liquid and shred pork with fork.
  5. Stir in BBQ sauce. Serve as desired.
