Ingredients

    1. 3/4 cup light brown sugar
    2. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    3. 3/4 cup heavy cream
    4. 1/2 cup dark rum
    5. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
    6. 2 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Directions

  1. In a small heavy saucepan over medium heat, stir in brown sugar and heavy cream until sugar is melted.
  2. Pour in rum, and simmer, stirring until the sauce is smooth, thickened, and reduced.
  3. Stir in Challenge Butter until melted.
