okra, drained

whole kernel corn, drained

vegetable broth

tofu, diced

celery, thinly sliced

onion, diced

milk
Directions
- Combine okra, corn, broth, tofu, celery and onion in large saucepan. Cover and cook over medium heat 10 minutes until heated through. Add milk, salt and pepper to taste. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 5 to 10 minutes until soup is heated through, stirring occasionally. Do not boil, or milk may separate.
