Ingredients

    1. 8 slices bacon, cut into pieces
    2. 1 large onion, chopped
    3. 1/2 cup flour
    4. 3/4 cup raisins
    5. 1 (8 ounce) cans pineapple chunks in juice
    6. water, in amounts equal to the pineapple juice from can
    7. white wine, in amounts equal to the pineapple juice from can

Directions

  1. Saute bacon pieces, drain off some fat, add onion, and cook until soft.
  2. Add flour and stir. Blend in remaining ingredients and simmer until smooth but not thick.
  3. Pour over cooked breaded pork schnitzels.
