Ingredients

    1. 2 pie crusts
    2. 946.36 ml green tomatoes, cut into 1/8 inch slices
    3. 236.59 ml sugar
    4. 4.92 ml cinnamon
    5. 2.46 ml nutmeg
    6. 0.59 ml clove
    7. 2.46 ml salt
    8. 44.37 ml flour
    9. 59.16 ml cornstarch
    10. 29.58 ml butter
    11. 29.58 ml lemon juice
    12. 4.92 ml vanilla
    13. boiling water

Directions

  1. por boiling water over tomatoes to cover 3 minutes
  2. drain
  3. pour over lemon juice and vanilla
  4. mix
  5. mix spices salt flour corn starch
  6. mix into tomatoes toss like apples
  7. pour into 1 pie crust
  8. dot with butter
  9. top with other pie crust
  10. vent
  11. bake 60 minutes at 400 degrees
  12. cool.
