Autumn Apple Pork Chops

You can create up to five timers


    1. 4 center-cut pork chops
    2. 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
    3. 3/4 cup apple juice
    4. salt
    5. pepper
    6. garlic powder


  1. Season chops with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  2. In a non-stick skillet, brown chops then cook until done.
  3. Remove chops to a plate and add apple juice, stirring to loosen browned bits in the skillet. Whisk in the barbecue sauce.
  4. Return chops to skillet, lower heat, cover and simmer for another 20 minutes.
