Ingredients

    1. 1/2 cup cornmeal
    2. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    3. 3 tablespoons sugar
    4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
    5. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    6. 1 cup sour cream
    7. 1 egg

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Grease muffin tin, Do not use muffin papers!
  3. Combine wet ingredients.
  4. In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients.
  5. Blend the two,put in muffin cups.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
