Ingredients

    1. 3 tablespoons peanut oil
    2. 2 cups tiny fresh pea pods ( can sub 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas)
    3. 1/4 cup chopped onion
    4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
    5. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    6. 3 large lettuce leaves

Directions

  1. Heat peanut oil in a skillet.
  2. Add peas, onions, salt and pepper; cover and cook over medium heat 10-15 minutes.
  3. Add lettuce.
