self rising flour
( or as much as 1/3 cup)
- In large bowl mix together the sugar and flour, add beer and continue to mix, first using a spoon then your hands.
- batter will be sticky.
- Pour into a 9x5 greased loaf pan
- Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
- top will be crunchy.
