Ingredients

    1. 3/4 cup sliced onion
    2. 1 lb ground beef
    3. 1/4 cup long-grain rice, uncooked
    4. 3 cups raw diced raw potatoes
    5. 2 cups sliced carrots
    6. 1 cup diced celery
    7. 2 cups canned kidney beans, drained
    8. 3/4 teaspoon salt
    9. 1/8 teaspoon pepper
    10. 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
    11. 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    12. 1 cup tomato sauce
    13. 1/2 cup water

Directions

  1. Brown onions and ground beef in skillet, drain.
  2. Layer ingredients in slow cooker in the order given.
  3. Cover, and cook on low for 6 hours or until potatoes and rice are cooked.
