2 1/4 lbs ground chicken or 2 1/4 lbs
dark hi-quality soy sauce
dark brown sugar
3 cloves freshly crushed garlic or 1 teaspoon
salt and hot pepper or
black pepper, as desired
- Mix well and form into patties.
- Grill or pan fry until lightly browned on both sides.
- Serve with carmelized onions (onions sauted in oil over low heat until nicely browned).
