Ingredients

    1. 1 cup cold whipping cream ( 250 mL - 35 %)
    2. 1/4 cup icing sugar ( 50 mL)
    3. 1 cup cold coffee ( sweetened or not. it's your choice. -250 mL)
    4. 4 scoops coffee ice cream
    5. toasted slivered almonds (optional)

Directions

  1. Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Add icing sugar and beat until stiff.
  3. Divide coffee evenly among four tall glasses.
  4. Divide whipped cream among the glasses making sure it touches glass all around.
  5. Top with ice cream; sprinkle with almonds.
