- Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form.
- Add icing sugar and beat until stiff.
- Divide coffee evenly among four tall glasses.
- Divide whipped cream among the glasses making sure it touches glass all around.
- Top with ice cream; sprinkle with almonds.
