Fresh Fruit Ice Cream

You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

    1. 3 cups half-and-half
    2. 1 (14 ounce) cans Eagle Brand Condensed Milk ( NOT evaporated milk)
    3. 1 cup pureed or mashed fresh fruit ( strawberries, peaches, bananas, raspberries, etc.)
    4. 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
    5. food coloring (optional)

Directions

  1. In ice cream freezer comtainer, combine all inreadients; mix well.
  2. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
  3. Freeze leftovers.
  4. Vanilla Ice Cream: Omit fruit and food coloring.
  5. Increase half-and-half to 4 cups.
  6. Proceed as above.
  7. Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream: Omit fruit and vanilla.
  8. Increase half-and-half to 4 cups.
  9. Add 2 teaspoons peppermint extract and 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips.
  10. Proceed as above.
