Orange Liqueur Mango Sauce

Ingredients

    1. 3 tablespoons sugar
    2. 3 tablespoons water
    3. 2 tablespoons orange liqueur
    4. 2 mangoes, chopped

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water.
  2. Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes or until sugar is dissolved.
  3. In food processor or blender, process sugar syrup, mangos and liqueur until smooth.
  4. Transfer to covered container and refrigerate up to 3 days.
