Ingredients

    1. 4 large baking potatoes ( Leave skins on)
    2. 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
    3. 1 teaspoon onion powder
    4. 1 teaspoon garlic salt
    5. 1 teaspoon dried herbs
    6. 1 teaspoon seasoning ( or à 1/2 teaspoon salt & à 1/2 teaspoon black pepper)
    7. olive oil flavored cooking spray

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200c and pre heat a dry shallow baking tray.
  2. Cut the potatoes into wedges and spray with olive oil.
  3. Microwave on high power for 5 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile mix all the other ingredients together in a large bowl.
  5. Add the potatoes and mix well ensuring all wedges are coated.
  6. Spray the preheated baking tray with olive oil.
  7. Spread the wedges over tray and lightly spray once more.
  8. Bake in oven for 30 mins turning occasionally.
