Ingredients

    1. 1 1/2 cups flour, all-purpose
    2. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    3. 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded, at room temperature
    4. 8 tablespoons butter, unsalted, softened

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375.
  2. Combine flour and cayenne pepper in a small bowl; set aside.
  3. Combine cheese and butter in food processor/ mixer until smooth.
  4. Add flour mixture and mix until well combined.
  5. Make straws using a cookie press or roll doungh to 1/8 inch and cut into small strips.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
