Ingredients

    1. 4.92 ml chili powder
    2. 4.92 ml dried oregano
    3. 4.92 ml salt
    4. 2.46 ml garlic powder
    5. 2.46 ml pepper
    6. 1.23 ml ground mustard
    7. 1.23 ml paprika
    8. 6 pork loin chops with bone ( 1 inch thick)
    9. 1 egg
    10. 118.29 ml milk
    11. 295.73 ml dry breadcrumbs
    12. 118.29 ml parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

  1. 1) In a small bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; rub over both sides of pork chops. Cover; refrigerate 1-4 hours.
  2. 2) In a shallow dish, beat egg and milk. In another shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip pork into the egg mixture, then into the crumb mixture.
  3. 3) Spray a broiler pan (with a rack) with cooking spray. Place pork chops on the rack. Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, flip the chops over, and bake on second side for about another 30 minutes.
