Crustless Quiche #2 W/Bacon and Feta

Ingredients

    1. 4 eggs
    2. 1 1/2 cups 1% low-fat milk
    3. 1/2 cup self rising flour
    4. 3 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
    5. 1 small onion, shredded on cheese grater
    6. 1 medium potato, shredded on cheese grater
    7. 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    8. 1/2 teaspoon salt
    9. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    10. 1/4 teaspoon dried basil or 1 tablespoon fresh basil

Directions

  1. Whip eggs and milk. I use KitchenAid.
  2. Add flour, whip some more.
  3. Stir in cheese, bacon, potato and onion.
  4. Add salt, pepper, basil.
  5. Pour into a pie dish and bake at 375F for 45 minute.
