Ingredients

    1. 1/2 cup Hellmanns Mayonnaise
    2. 2 tablespoons chipotle chiles in adobo
    3. 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    4. 2 teaspoons honey
    5. 1 teaspoon ground cumin
    6. kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper
    7. 1 raw green cabbage, shredded
    8. 2 large carrots, finely shredded
    9. 1 small onion, halved and thinly sliced
    10. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

  1. Combine mayonnaise with next 5 ingredients to blend. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 20 minutes before serving. Cooking time is resting time.
