Chive Sauce for Grilled Salmon

Ingredients

    1. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
    2. 2 teaspoons dried dill weed
    3. 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crumbled
    4. 1/4 teaspoon salt
    5. 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
    6. 1/4 cup finely minced chives
    7. 1/4 cup dry white wine

Directions

  1. Mix everything together except wine.
  2. Reserve 1/3 cup of sauce to serve with grilled fish.
  3. Stir wine into remaining sauce.
  4. Brush over fish before grilling. Grill salmon.
  5. Serve grilled salmon with the reserved sauce as you would tartar sauce.
